Bio
Dr. Diana is currently an Instructor, the local area network (LAN) manager, and the webmaster in the Department of Health Administration at Virginia Commonwealth University. The focus of Dr. Diana’s dissertation work is on the propensity of hospitals to outsource various aspects of the IS function. Dr. Diana also has extensive experience in educational technology, particularly in the use of distance learning technologies including the development and delivery of courses and programs over the World Wide Web.
Before coming to VCU, Dr. Diana was the Program Director of the Respiratory Care program at Northern Virginia Community College, and the Director of Clinical Education for the Respiratory Care Program at Shenandoah University. His clinical experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner dates back to 1980.
