These programs are offered to sponsoring organizations to meet the needs of their employees for management and leadership development. These programs are developed by the faculty of the Williamson Institute in collaboration with the representatives of the sponsoring organization to tailor the program. Sponsored programs such as the Physician Leadership Program are not available for open enrollment and are limited to employees of the sponsoring organization. These programs are of variable duration and may typically contain five to ten learning modules over several weeks or months. Individuals who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate of Participation offered jointly by the Williamson Institute and the sponsoring organization.
