Executive Fellowship in Health Law
Curriculum
On-campus topics taught during the first fellowship included products liability, medical malpractice and patient safety, mediation as an option for dispute resolution, liability issues in Medicare & Medicaid, and clinical bioethics. On-line sessions included topics on healthcare regulatory law, medical staff issues, corporate law, insurance law, medical malpractice and patient safety, bioethics, Medicare fraud & abuse, and informed consent.
