Located at each of our three acute care facilities; DePaul Medical Center, Mary Immaculate Hospital, and Maryview Medical Center, as well as our continuing care division, the Service Excellence Directors will be responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of goals and objectives, policies and procedures, and performance improvement leading to operational excellence – with a primary focus on employee, patient, and physician engagement. This position may also direct operational projects and tasks related to other initiatives of the business.

Qualifications:
Position requires a professional level of knowledge equivalent to that which would be acquired by completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Health/Hospital Management, Social Sciences or other comparable experience. Master’s in Health Administration or Business Administration preferred.
 Prior work experience including 2 – 4 years in health care preferred. Experience should include project management, strategic planning, financial and operational analysis.
 Work requires using a variety of computer software packages, including spreadsheets, graphics and word processing.
 Work requires experience in strong team building and a high level of interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with multiple parties in complex situations.
 Work requires a high level of problem-solving skills necessary in order to plan, organize, and coordinate program development. Demonstrated ability to function independently; self-directed.
