Tiffany Lange (MHA '98), Executive Administrator of Cardiac & Thoracic Surgical Associates, LTD (“CTSA”)

Founded in 1979, Cardiac & Thoracic Surgical Associates, Ltd. is a specialized group of cardiac surgeons treating patients in Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina.  CTSA is composed of seven surgeons and twenty-five additional staff.  Treatment is provided at four Richmond area hospitals: CJW Medical Center, Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, St. Mary’s Hospital, and Memorial Regional Medical Center. 

In 2004, CTSA performed 1,500 major heart surgeries.  The mission of CTSA is to provide the best surgical and thoracic care through personalized diagnosis and treatment for each patient.  As Executive Administrator, Ms. Lange focuses on financial, operational and strategic planning while providing the necessary support to assist her surgeons in achieving their mission. 

Prior to joining CTSA in 2004, Ms. Lange was a Vice President with the health care consulting firm, KLMK Group.  Ms. Lange received her Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1998 and her Bachelors of Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Virginia in 1993.
