Ways to Make a Gift

There are many ways you can make your gift to your alma mater, the Department of Health Administration.

• Send a Check made out to MCVF/HAD.  Mail this check to the Department of Health Administration, VCU  c/o Steve Mick  P.O. Box 980203  Richmond, VA  23298-0203.
  
  
• Make a Credit Card Gift via U.S. Mail.  Use this form and mail to the Department of Health Administration, VCU  c/o Steve Mick  P.O. Box 980203  Richmond, VA  23298-0203.
  
  
• Make a Gift of Stock or Appreciated Securities.  Contact William Kotti at the MCV Foundation, 804.828.9734.

• Make a Credit Card Gift On-line.   Visit http://www.egiving.vcuf.org and select general donation form.

Step 1: Select gift frequency.

Step 2: Select "other" in donor designation.  Put "100" in the percentage box. 

Step 3: Fill out your donor information.  The critial step is here.  In the last box of this section, please type one of the following: 

• Health Administration New Ventures (for the general fund); or
• Health Administration Hudgens Professorship (for endowed professorships); or
• Health Administration – HAD Alumni (for MHA Scholarships); or
• Health Administration – Bullard Scholarship (for MSHA Scholarships); or
• Health Administration – Begun Scholarship (for PHD Scholarships)

This is the VITAL step.  Without such designation, the money may end up in another part of VCU, rather than the Department and the specific Department fund you’d like to contribute to.

Step 4: Provide payment information including your name on credit card, credit card type, credit card number, and credit card expiration month and year.

Step 5: Complete the billing information.

Step 6: Disclose corporate matches, if applicable.

Step 7: Complete transaction by clicking on "Submit".  You will receive a thank you message.  Additional recognition of your gift will be sent to your email.
