Hospitalist EMO is a physician-led organization with a strong reputation in the NY Metropolitan region for quality programs in Hospital Medicine. Hospitalist EMO is currently searching for a Vice President to oversee existing Hospitalist programs while leading the organization to continued growth.
The chosen candidate will have proven and effective leadership experience in Hospital Medicine and will be able to lead and guide the team of Medical Directors and staff Hospitalists at each site. A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Hospital Medicine is required. Candidates must be Board Certified in IM or FP and have an advanced management degree (MHA/MSHA/MBA/MMM/MPH).
The Vice PResident reports directly to the President and CEO and will be responsible for the development and implementation of protocols, best practices, quality and process improvement initiatives, physician education, compliance and risk management initiatives. |
